Linda Sheffield is a criminal defense litigator whose office is in Atlanta, Georgia. Linda represents clients in post conviction law including habeas petitions and appeals. She is known by inmates throughout the Federal Bureau of Prisons and Georgia Department of Corrections for her success in helping clients convicted of federal or state crimes. Her areas of concentration include direct criminal appeals, habeas corpus '2254 '2255 and '2241 petitions, parole hearing representation, Federal Bureau of Prisons medical care and administrative remedies.
For over 25 years, Linda has worked with clients and she prides herself on a tireless work ethic. Linda is an active volunteer in all breed dog rescue. She currently owns two retired racing greyhounds, Tempo Tito, and Susie Slots "Bunny"; a spanish galga named Valentina; Leonard Sheffield a bassett bulldog mix who has his own Facebook page, and a Shih Tzu names Pishu. All of her dogs are rescues.
